How long will it take to ship my order?
-Nails: We know you want your order ASAP. We are just as excited for you to receive your new PG press-on nails. We we ship all *RTS* orders out within 2-3 days of purchase. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped the following Tuesday. Our current turnaround time for our *MTO* is 3-7 business days after an order is placed. Again, this is because all of our nails are made to order and solely handcrafted with love by one person.
How long will it take to receive your order once shipped?
-Domestic Shipping: 3-5 Business days. If there are any delays due to Covid-19, holidays or weather, we are not responsible. Please be sure to constantly check your tracking for your package’s whereabouts.

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS, but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)
-Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, PRESS GENIUS hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. PRESS GENIUS assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
-We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. But due to the nature of our product; all sales are final, and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.
